On the other hand, I have mixed feelings in this review, because in the previous month I had a service by appointment for the regular works and to fix the air conditioned, I never got a report to indicate the status of my car and I’m still waiting the call from the service guy to indicate me when they will complete the se second part of the AC. In this case may review is affected by the 2 recent experiences but If i had to review them separated, the service by appointment would get a lower score and the quick lane a higher. More

Bad communication and anything you do takes forever I have bought a lot of cars from Mac Haik because I have always enjoyed their salesmen and feel I get a pretty good deal. If youre buying, the process takes hours and hours. Even just a basic oil change took close to 5 hours. Someone here should speed the process up for ever single part of this entire dealership.
