We are dealing with a fuel tank issue and the warranty clearly says that emissions defects are covered for 5 years/50,000miles and the fuel tank IS LISTED UNDER COVERED PARTS. Now Ford is saying that the clearly says that emissions defects are covered for 5 years/50,000miles and the fuel tank IS LISTED UNDER COVERED PARTS. Now Ford is saying that the part needed is not covered. Where did that come from?? Ford initially covered the repair but when the same code came up and mechanic isolated it to a valve on the tank assy, they say No Coverage Found?? Useless reaching out to Ford's Customer Care since they won't even look into your case. Just decline it outright. We have always been GM customers. We just got our first Ford truck with low mileage and supposedly under warranty but now REGRET IT. Ford does not stand by its product and posted warranty. We are now stuck with a $2,000 repair that Ford should clearly cover but running away from!! Fyi, my service advisor Chaime and mechanic Charlie were GREAT! He reaches out updates me through out the process. Charlie explained and showed me where the issue is. Tried their best to help me out but they can only do so much. More

We had a complicated repair that took approximately 8 weeks to complete. Chaime Breaux, our service writer was outstanding in keeping us up to date on the repairs and took care of us as customers of Mac weeks to complete. First I buy a vehicle were the key are lost and drive another one! Sales guy was ok but didn’t finish with me when I pick up vehicle someone else did ! Found issues and sales person was not around but we we and talk ed to manager! Then service department fail to order door panel until I called them a week later! Turn in my vehicle to fix issues and get vehicle back to find recall issue on tailgate put on wrong but that person never tried to use it after they repaired it! Broke yellow cap or did not install pin on it! The bottom line someone should have been there to go over it instead of pay lady having me sign and some guy giving me the key! I rate sales and service as a one star! I know both wanted me to give 5 stars but they are to buzy to complete transaction I could not! More
Was told there was an issue they could see remotely by Ford Service department but left my car with dealer and they were unable to find an issue. When I picked up my car, it had something wiring hanging i Ford Service department but left my car with dealer and they were unable to find an issue. When I picked up my car, it had something wiring hanging in the drivers side footwell. Service department was unable to explain why it was left hanging like that and why it was not put back properly. I was not kept up to date with vehicle status and had to take it upon myself to call the service department to find out. I've had much better service from other auto brands. More
