Poor communication from service advisor, and charged amount exceeded previously agreed upon budget. Only got done because another service advisor intervened and got the service manager involved (otherwi amount exceeded previously agreed upon budget. Then when I went to pick it up, the emergency brake cable had been accidentally cut and no one noticed it until I got home (this was not the first time that I was told the truck was ready for pickup, and clearly no one gave it a final inspection). Then they wouldn't pay for an Uber back to their shop to pick up the truck after fixing their mistake. More

Had an appointment for routine periodic service + 60,000-mile recommended items AND two road hazard damaged tires. I prepaid for periodic service and road hazard insurance when I bought the truck, so my total bill was $0. Couldn't have asked for better service. Kudos to my service advisor, Deborah Gonzalez! More
David was probably the worst communicator of a service agent I’ve ever received. Not only was he absolutely uninterested in providing me service from the first time we met.
