My husband and I were greeted as soon as we walked into the service dept in such a friendly manner by Shay. He looked up our appt info on the computer and knew exactly what car we were having serviced and the service dept in such a friendly manner by Shay. He told us to take a seat in the large waiting room and he’d keep us informed of what was going on. The waiting room had a lot of comfy, large chairs, there was a TV, side tables, tons of a variety of magazines, free bottles of cold water, coffee and even a few desk cubbies for laptops or perhaps for kids to use for homework or drawing. It was very pleasant to wait for our car. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and we were very pleased with our experience with this dealership. More

Reasonably quick turnaround over 3 days to fix my brakes under warranty as well as some misc. firmware updates needed. Forgot to rotate my tires as requested yet still charged me (and no quick service avail under warranty as well as some misc. firmware updates needed. It was 100 degrees and my A/C was not working. Initially we thought it may take several days to fix. The A/C leak was found and fixed, the computer reprogrammed and they even did a recall airbag r Initially we thought it may take several days to fix. I must say that I do not like the new payment system where you do not have to sign for credit card charges. I was overcharged due to a keying mistake and did not notice it until I got home. Had to call back to have Ryan issue a credit. More

Shay was very attentive and friendly however he did forget to have my tire sensor checked out and 2+ hours for an oil change & inspection was quite long although I know that part of the reason that it forget to have my tire sensor checked out and 2+ hours for an oil change & inspection was quite long although I know that part of the reason that it was so long was because they did not have an oil filter for my car onsite & had to pick one up elsewhere? ......for these reasons I'm giving a 4 instead of 5.........When I have more involved service requirements like brakes or if something is broken that will provide a better gage of service than an oil change More
