Oil change was great, but unfortunately part of my cat shield came off and bent driving down the interstate. Not sure if it’s from the oil change but it could possibly be from just loose bolts. I had my own financing from my bank and I told the salesman that before arriving in town. Once there, they told me they don’t accept outside financing. Let the games begin. I was told if they can’t ma salesman that before arriving in town. Once there, they told me they don’t accept outside financing. Let the games begin. I was told if they can’t match my bank at 5.29% then they will use my bank. This was an attempt just to run up my credit. They came back with an offer of 5.25%. Where is the savings? I said I rather use my bank because that is not a saving or I will walk away. They then came back with 4.89 which is still like 5%. It was all the lies and games that made the experience not pleasurable. Beware if you all decide to buy from this dealership. I know I will never again. More
