A tire dealership told me that my differential fluid was low and smelled burnt. I have my Tundra serviced regularly at Mac Haik. I checked my service records and found I had my truck serviced 1300 miles ear low and smelled burnt. I have my Tundra serviced regularly at Mac Haik. I checked my service records and found I had my truck serviced 1300 miles earlier with no mention of problems with my differential fluid. 11300 miles earlier the dealership changed my differential fluid. I took my truck to Mac Haik, they looked at the differential fluid, they showed me the level was correct and their was no burnt smell. They gave me a service report and did not charge me anything. Great job Mac Haik Toyota. More
Service staff are pleasant and efficient. Told me it would be an hour and it took 55 minutes. Hostage went in with trade-in on 2003 sequoia and $5000 down payment made deal for $20,000 finance and after reviewing paper work realize the finance amount w went in with trade-in on 2003 sequoia and $5000 down payment made deal for $20,000 finance and after reviewing paper work realize the finance amount was $25,000 not sure how this happened except that we were worn down by late afternoon and just wanted to get out of there!! I asked for my keys to sequoia several times to go have lunch and think about deal, but were not given keys!! Almost like a hostage situation!!! This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had!! Will never purchase from this dealership again!! More
