I had my Chevy Tahoe serviced at your service department on November 29…11 days ago. I got an oil change and tire rotation. I’ve come to expect that there’s a long wait and it’s pretty expensive. Driving home this evening, I felt some vibration and was hearing a strange noise coming from the driver’s side front wheel. I pulled over to see if I had a flat or had run something over, but I couldn’t see anything. I called a local, honest mechanic and he asked me to bring it in right away so he could make sure it was safe. As it turns out, 1/2 of the lug nuts on my front driver’s side tire were so loose that he could unscrew them easily with the flick of his finger!!! I’m so glad that I didn’t drive to work like that tomorrow! I will NEVER return to MacMulkin for any service again! More

I was completely happy with that side of the dealership. But the rental department? That was an absolute nightmare — and honestly, shockingly petty. I rented an older vehicle while my truck was in for repairs. No complaints there. I barely drive during the week and was told my repair would take one week (it ended up taking three, but I rolled with it). When I went to return the rental, everything went sideways. I was suddenly told there was “damage” I was responsible for: A cracked key fob with buttons that were already worn down from age. A worn shifter, which was clearly long-term wear and tear. A scratch in the back of center console that I did not make. They actually said to me, “It looks like you ran it over.” No — the key sat in the cup holder 90% of the time. For all this so-called “damage,” they tried to charge me over $800. They refused to consider the age of the vehicle, and after being there for two hours dealing with this they told me to “just make an insurance claim.” So I did, paid my deductible, and left stunned. It felt petty, dishonest, and like a setup for extra money or insurance payouts. And here’s the worst part: Their behavior in the rental department has now made it so I will never return here for service again — despite my loyalty and great experiences with the sales and body work department. It’s a shame how quickly one department can ruin the trust the others worked hard to build. If you rent here, document every inch of the vehicle. Better yet, rent somewhere else. More

Also promised on multiple occasions that he would call me back with updates which never happened after about my eighth phone call and second visit to the service department I was actually handed off to a young lady named Taylor who promised me she would find out what was going on with my vehicle and from this point forward would provide me with top notch service and she would definitely find out what was going on with my vehicle and call me back by the end of the day. Again, I was left hanging, I received no update. They have had my vehicle 13 days and I still have no definite answer as to what is wrong with my vehicle let alone any idea as to when I will get my car back. The lack of follow-through and the lack of communication in this department is mind blowing! very unprofessional and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. More

I did as much research as I could on the 2026 EQUINOX. I made some online enquires and got phone calls from many different Chevy dealers. Then it took days before they would get back to me and some not at I made some online enquires and got phone calls from many different Chevy dealers. Then it took days before they would get back to me and some not at all. I got a call from Tony Dillberg. I told him I was waiting on some information from other dealers. He told me he was willing to be aggressive to earn my business. I explained that my time was limited and can we do the negotiating over the phone. He asked if I had a trade and told him yes, but couldn't make it over for a few days. He said no problem we can send someone to your home and take care of that. And he did. We came to terms on a deal. After that was settled I asked how soon I can pick up my new vehicle. I explained that it was a surprise for my wife and was picking her up from the hospital the next day and wanted the WOW factor when doing so. This was at 2:00 PM in the after noon. He told me I can pick it up by 7:00 PM that evening. SOLD. When I arrived he introduced me to Paul Deleon and he took it from there. Paul was knowledgeable with all the questions that I had and a pleasure to work with, he went over all of the paper work and formalities and then got me familiar my new Equinox. Picking up my wife the next day and the look on her face seeing her new shiny new red Equinox was a surprise of a life time for her. I got the WOW factor, missioned accomplished.
