My very positive impression of the MacMulkin Chevy dealership started right from the moment I entered the front door: exemplary order and spotless cleanliness, bright showroom, helpful and knowledgeab dealership started right from the moment I entered the front door: exemplary order and spotless cleanliness, bright showroom, helpful and knowledgeable personnel. Sales Consultant Paul DeLeon and Sales Manager Tony Dillberg worked with me tirelessly for couple hours. My questions and requests were always treated with respect and patience and resulted in thorough answers and comprehensive solutions to my full satisfaction. They managed to put together a financial offer that exceeded my initial expectations. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Chevy vehicle. I assume that Cadillac part of the dealership also works very efficiently, but I do not have personal buying experience there. Igor, Pepperell, MA More

Then it took days before they would get back to me and some not at all. I got a call from Tony Dillberg. I told him I was waiting on some information from other dealers. He told me he was willing to be aggressive to earn my business. I explained that my time was limited and can we do the negotiating over the phone. He asked if I had a trade and told him yes, but couldn't make it over for a few days. He said no problem we can send someone to your home and take care of that. And he did. We came to terms on a deal. After that was settled I asked how soon I can pick up my new vehicle. I explained that it was a surprise for my wife and was picking her up from the hospital the next day and wanted the WOW factor when doing so. This was at 2:00 PM in the after noon. He told me I can pick it up by 7:00 PM that evening. SOLD. When I arrived he introduced me to Paul Deleon and he took it from there. Paul was knowledgeable with all the questions that I had and a pleasure to work with, he went over all of the paper work and formalities and then got me familiar my new Equinox. Picking up my wife the next day and the look on her face seeing her new shiny new red Equinox was a surprise of a life time for her. I got the WOW factor, missioned accomplished. Thank you to everyone involved at MacMulkin. Don D from Dracut More
I was put in contact with Paul when I was looking for an out the door price on a 2025 Chevy Silverado pickup truck. I understand that he has a script to go off of, which isn’t an issue. But ask foolish ques out the door price on a 2025 Chevy Silverado pickup truck. I understand that he has a script to go off of, which isn’t an issue. But ask foolish questions, get foolish answers. I was told by Paul that he would call me back in 5 minutes. That was a week ago. The old adage. When the phone doesn’t ring, you’ll know I’m calling. More
Very attentive to details, return all my calls and texts. No junk fees was a deal closure. No junk fees was a deal closure. More
I went in to test drive a new vehicle on a Friday evening with salesman Les. It went well, and after I was given some numbers and asked what it would take to get me to sign and put down a deposit that night. with salesman Les. It went well, and after I was given some numbers and asked what it would take to get me to sign and put down a deposit that night. Eventually I was given an offer I accepted that came from sales manager Dan G. The deal was signed, and I handed over my credit card for a deposit that would hold the vehicle until Monday while I finished up financing on my end. I walked out the door Friday at about 7PM with a signed contract as salesman Les put a ‘sold’ sign in the vehicle. The next morning around 9AM, I have a missed call from Mcmulkin and then a text from Les with a picture of the vehicle with dealer plates on asking if I still want it because someone else is interested and is about to buy it. I ask how this can be when I have a signed deal and deposit? I’m told they took my credit card, but never actually charged the deposit to my card the night before. So, what they did was trick me into thinking it was mine and I had a deal and deposit and went behind my back to continue to try to sell the vehicle and get a deal that was better for Mcmulkin. In the end, it was sold Saturday morning to the other buyer. I don’t understand how it’s legal for them to sign a deal and then sell it to someone else. I should have known something was wrong when I noticed my copy of the contract was not signed by anyone at Mcmulkin. I asked salesman Les about it, and he quickly signed my copy. The Mcmulkin copy probably never got signed so they can weasel their way out of the situation and any liability. This was all orchestrated from sales manager Dan G, but I’m sure salesman Les knew what was going on and didn’t do anything about it. This is the type of thing that give car salesman bad reputations. I’m a long time Chevy owner along with several other friends and family. I can say for sure that I and anyone I know will never step foot in Mcmulkin for sales or service of any kind again. They cannot be trusted. I hope losing all future business from a proud group of Chevy owners was worth it to make a few more bucks on one sale, Dan! More
ZERO stars for this car dealership! My husband and I have been owners of BMWs and electronic cars for years. I have NEVER written a bad review about anyone! However, I feel compelled My husband and I have been owners of BMWs and electronic cars for years. I have NEVER written a bad review about anyone! However, I feel compelled to tell my husband’s story, so you know what you are getting into at Macmulkin. We purchased a brand new Cadillac 4 months ago. Paid cash. Two months into driving it, there was a mechanical noise when turning. While driving slowly on a side road, my husband turned the wheel, and the tire rod broke causing the wheel to not respond to steering. We are grateful he was not on the highway otherwise it could have been deadly. The car was towed to Macmulkin. It has been sitting for 30 days with no response from the dealer except that their hands are tied and are waiting for GM to investigate. No word as to when we might get an answer and what that answer will be. It is under warranty as it is a brand-new car! We would have been happy with a resolution such as, “here is a loaner Cadillac, we will investigate and either get you a new car or repair this.” We got NOTHING except a cheap loaner and unanswered questions. We are now suing under the lemon law. We would have LOVED some resolution. We got nothing. Not to mention the danger for potential buyers of this car. Just hope you are not on a highway when your brand-new car loses control of the steering without reason. More

They straddled me along for 4 months , one poor excuse after another about why the car hasnt been delivered. When I finally had enough, I had to fight for them to return my deposit . I have heard of Mac Mulkin but was skeptical of buying an expensive car from a dealership 250 miles away. Turns out, it was the best move I could have made. I cant say enough of how efficient dealing with the Corvette sales team was. They were actually moving faster than I could keep up. They had so many in stock to choose from. They had the exact one I wanted that was just delivered from the factory less than 1 week ago. We finalized the sale on a Thursday. They delivered it to my door the very next Tuesday!!! I can only say, I have purchased several new cars over the years. This was the first that went smoothly and easily with no issues at all. What a pleasant bunch of people to work with. I only wish that they were located right here on Long Island for my nest purchase. Dealerships here should take lessons from Mac Mulkin. Quite frankly, they suck here!!! More
