"Major service repair issues"

I took my Escalade in to be checked for two issues. They charge $118 each to evaluate an issue. One of issues was a check engine light that keeps cycling on and off with lean codes. I explained I had taken it to my local mechanic five times and it is always a lean code even though he can find no issue. So they charged me $118 to plug it into the computer, confirm it was a lean code and tell me they can't find anything wrong. So I ask what am I supposed to do if it goes off again. The service manager told me to rush it right back and they will charge me another $118 to look at it again. Seriously??? I would never go there again. The other check was for a non functioning heated seat. They wanted $900 to repair it. I passed.

"Banks is better, saved a ton of money, service is better too"

I would give them 0 stars if it were even possible. Ever since i bought my truck (which i did somewhere else because the arrogant salesperson just kept telling me how many trucks he sells instead of helping me) and I even had the slightest issue, i always had to go elsewhere for help. Today, I scheduled to have the three recalls for my truck done today and well that didnt go so well. First off after about 4 hours, only one recall actually got done, they didnt even have a part to do a the other recall even though it was scheduled, the other they wanted to charge me $150 for a diagnostic fee to do their recall! Now im looking at a dodge.

"Scam artist and liers"

scam artist they wrote me a deal and said they would honor it go back in a few days later have me sit for over 2 hours just to say the price changed for over 75 dollars a month what a waste of time dealing with them cut to a hour after they call me and tell me this is my fault because they said they would honor a deal on Friday yet the salesman told me dont come in until monday i was willing to sign on friday and they held off i find it kinda inappropriate that they call me to argue about my honest review and i noticed after the fact they took the orignal sheet i had of the deal they made out of my truck while they where looking at it for a trade in lucky for me i kept a copy at home

"Beware Predatory Sales Practices"

My Dad passed away a few weeks back and my Mom wanted to sell his truck but didn’t want to deal with selling it as a private sale. We first brought it to a Car Max Dealership, great experience but felt the quote was a little low; $16k. My mother wanted to bring it to where my Dad originally bought it for a quote, MacMulkin Chevrolet Nashua, NH. Steve-Sales Manager/ Rep met with us and took a look at the truck. We knew the truck was originally owned by the owner of MacMulkin Chevrolet who drove it for 8,500 miles. Steve-Sales Manager/ Rep came back and said the owners son also took a look at the truck and realized it was his Dads car(who had since passed away), felt sentimental and offered us $7,500 and offered an additional $500 for the low number license plate that was on the truck, total offer $8,000. This was half of the the quote I got from the Car Max Dealership hours earlier. MacMullin was obviously trying to take advantage of the situation. I showed the Sales Rep the written quote for $16k then promptly left. Incredibly disappointed with MacMulkin's predatory practices. Beware!

With the damage that was on your vehicle and and its overall condition the $16,000 you received from CarMax is much higher than we could have offered. We are certainly flexible and could have possibly offered more for your vehicle but not the $16,000. We congratulate you on what you were able to get for the truck and hope it all worked out in the end.

I cant believe what just happened!!!! Ive been a loyal customer for 14 years. McMulkin Chevrolet doesn't have enough success and money that they have to rip you off just for you to buy a car now. "Corvette Experience"

On March24, 2018 i received a call from Tommy Jr. following up regarding a request i made on a brand new Corvette. Tom stated when are you coming!!! living in long island ny which is about 250 miles away i stated have to talk to the boss (i mean my wife)..Any she said lets take a ride. We arrived Saturday morning and was greeted by the front desk laura. I said want to look at Corvettes!!! 2nd floor..she said....What can I say wall to wall brand new Corvettes...Yep... died and went to heaven!!!!...While looking around with my wife lorraine we were approached by Robert ...."need any help"....Robert is very knowledgeable and knows Corvettes..He showed us the Corvettes and explained everything...NO PRESSURE!!! THANKS..We also met Mark and what can i say a Champion Corvette Team here..We then were introduced to Tommy Jr. This Team treated us like Family...A special thanks again to Tommy jr...You have a top shelf Team and thanks for the tour. If you are looking for a Corvette and like be treated like a real person with no pressure and not being bulldozed with great prices take the ride believe me YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!. "Email quotes don't match in-house quote"

After a lot of back and forth on email, I received a quote on a lease for a Silverado 1500. It was higher than I wanted, which was communicated. Was told to come in to get the best deal (my mistake). I gave them a shot. Upon arrival, information is confirmed, and a quote $70 a month is presented to me. No trade in, just a straight up quote. It was like my emails were never shared or understood. If they can not do a number, I get it. But just be up front. Just say you can't. Would I have gone over my ballpark? Slightly. After back and forth, I get a quote aligned with the original email quote. Plus doc fee. Bottom line, I wouldn't trust an online quote. "Coming in" to get the best deal does not help you either...

"Wouldn't honor online price"

After corresponding with a rep of this dealer via email I went in to drive a Traverse. When we sat to talk price I was given a quote $4000 more than listed online and on an email sent to me. When I pointed this out the sales rep stated the "MacMulkin price" includes rebates for which I don't qualify. The only disclosure on the pricing reads: Tax, title, license and dealer fees (unless itemized above) are extra. Not available with special finance or lease offers. Needless to say I walked out and will never walk back into MacMulkin.

"Poor customer service "

The customer service was deplorable. I called and spoke to a Steven G on the phone about a vehicle. That same day my husband went up to see the vehicle and spoke to a Larry who gave him his "absolute lowest price" I went online and check the stock number only to see the price on the website was $2,200 less than Larrys "lowest price". So he called Larry when he got home in which Larry had to "go look into it" two times and call back. Then I went up the next day and was told by Steven G to talk to a Steven B when I arrived and that the vehicle would be pulled up for me and even set up an apt time. I get there and the receptionist wouldn't allow me to speak to Steven B and directed me to speak to Larry once again. Well Larry was selling another vehicle to a couple and was occupied but they wouldn't let me speak to any other sales member. I was beyond annoyed at this point, and didn't feel like a valued customer. I spoke to a Phil and he couldn't locate the trucks keys or the truck that was supposed to be out front for my "scheduled appointment." Then Larry attempts to juggle selling me a truck as well as the couple he was originally taking care of. Then Larry takes my keys and has someone else check out my vehicle. That person normally works in used vehicles and is not familiar with the new car department. He comes back with an extremely low number on my vehicle, roughly 7k UNDER the KBB trade in amount. At this point they have killed my patience level and I go to the game manager, get my keys back and leave. They are unprofessional, under staffed, unorganized, and sleazy since they have quoted prices higher than marked online and low ball trade ins. They must not value customer service.
