The pictures only showing from the outside of the car then i call them they send me some pictures of inside they send me some pictures of inside both DVD player screens had a crack on it Then i ask the sales person name was Bobby if i buy this car can you guys fix the screen that cracked they said no then i ask them can you same changes on the price of the car the answer was no very rude and unprofessional i never recommend this dealership to anyone More

Where to begin....called to confirm pricing on a used SUV and was told vehicle was for sale and it's sale price was correct on their website and they would honor that price. Drive 6 hour roundtrip to be told and was told vehicle was for sale and it's sale price was correct on their website and they would honor that price. Drive 6 hour roundtrip to be told that online advertised price was only if we financed at the dealer and we were not allowed to pay cash for the vehicle. None of this is stated on their website for their sales price on used cars. Incredibly deceptive. Next they pulled our credit scores and submitted our information to multiple banks without a signed credit application from me or my wife. Lastly the salesman Tony Macke told me I was too f*ING smart for my own good and to leave his dealership. All in all illegal business practices combined with deceptive pricing leads to incredibly horrific experience....STAY AWAY from this dealer. More

I bought a 2013 Lexus ES 350 with 50000 miles on it, I'm happy with the car but before purchasing it I was told there were two key fobs, I paid for the car and when they went to get the other fob they could happy with the car but before purchasing it I was told there were two key fobs, I paid for the car and when they went to get the other fob they could not find one. I was told they would contact the previous owner to get it as he was local, but didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks and now I've called them three times and emailed once about not getting the second fob with no reply it has now been more than three months still no reply. I like the car, the people were good to deal with but they haven't followed up about this fob I believe when I'm told there are two fobs I should receive two. More
