Fraudulent Company I purchased a vehicle Dec 10, 2016. Live out of state 2hrs away. Their website is very deceiving " our vehicles go through a thorough inspection and I purchased a vehicle Dec 10, 2016. Live out of state 2hrs away. Their website is very deceiving " our vehicles go through a thorough inspection and detailing process." Salesman tells you everything you want to hear just to make the sale. Went to inspect the vehicle and it would not pass...shocks, struts, ball joints, rear brakes, rotors, TPM system etc. Called them and faxed paperwork over and they insisted I go to another business for an inspection, insinuating I knew the people doing the first inspection. After 2nd failed inspection they agreed for me to drive 2hrs back to their business for repairs. They wouldn't reimburse me for repairs to be done in my State. I brought the vehicle back and waited 9hrs for alleged repairs to be done with them returning the vehicle at 6:30pm with no paperwork backing the repairs but assured me that they would fax me the paperwork the next day. I also requested reimbursement for the 2 failed inspections and gas for the travelling which they said they would send out also. I made several phone calls, left messages for the manager and emailed request numerous times. At first I did get email response and confirmation of getting the reimbursement out in the mail to me. However, that has never come. I also requested AGAIN the name of the garage that did the "repairs" and a phone number to follow up as I have been told when I had the vehicle serviced that the vehicle needs ball joints and lower control arms at a quote of $870.00. If they repaired them there should be a warranty. I was told everything functioned properly including the sunroof which opens and closes but, I discovered doesn't seal, when I brought it through the car wash and water poured into the vehicle.This would have been noticeable when they did their thorough detailing process! I am now wondering if they actually did bring it to a mechanics garage or to one of their own home garages and worked on it themselves and possibly taking parts off an identical year, make, and model vehicle because they wont produce an invoice. I now need to replace the idler pulley and the bell crank along with ball joints and lower arm controls. I already replaced the serpentine belt. Understand it was purchased "used" however for the price I paid and how they rave their dealership is conscientious and their vehicles are thoroughly inspected and put through a thorough detailing, I consider them unreliable and fraudulent in their business. I have contacted THE NEW YORK STATE CONSUMERS FRAUD COMPLAINT SYSTEM and urge others to file complaints as well. More

Way to screw someone over without telling them all the details and not taking responsibility or try to fix it. They made the sale and that was it. Don't buy from out of state Justin called me back within minutes of asking about the car before I bought it. After that is was days in between emails. Then he refused to take my calls or respond to emails after I purchased. The 2014 vehicle threw a check engine light within the first 50 miles of getting to me. The fix was over 900 dollars. Their warranty should cover this but they wont respond. If you are out of state you cant file a complaint with the DMV and they don't require that the vehicle pass safety or emission checks. The emissions check would have caught the fact that they erased the check engine light code right before it was sold. If you do purchase from out of state demand the safety and emission checks be completed before giving them money. More

It is a USED car dealer. I have bought a few used cars each time learned a bit more. First always do you homework. What are common issues, faults. Book a multi point inspection with the car manufacturers dealer. Cost $150 but always a good investment even if it turns you away. The people here will listen but make sure its a deal you want. Be prepared for it to take a week at most to complete the deal. Always be prepared to walk. Its just a car. I was always well greeted both phone and in person. It wasn't smooth. And some of the issues originally brought up was not fully addressed right away and took a few more visits. But I understand im buying a used car. The guys never gave up and worked hard. More

I had no brakes. i took the car to my local auto repair shop they had to order a new caliper and drain and re pressurize the brake system which costed $514.00 out of my own pocket That the dealer wouldnt pay for. I could not take the vehicle back to the dealership seeing as how i live nearly 200 miles from them. I infomed the dealership about the situation with the caliper and gave them the auto shop phone number but they never called the shop or checked in with me on the cost to try and reimburse me for the fix. -Andre More

My son bought a Toyota T100 from then a year ago with 80,000 miles. We went to renew inspection and the truck will not pass due to rotted frame. Unsafe to drive. Frame is going to drop at any time. Thank God we caught it before a major accident happened. He is out 5,000.00 and we are stuck with a useless truck. When speaking with manager, he said they take their vehicles to another shop for inspections as they do not have a shop there to do them. He doesn't know how the rusted frame could have happened. Seems like an excuse. I hope they do not sell a crap vehicle to another young kid that ends up getting hurt. Shame on these people. More

Complete waste ... My brother and I drove 2:45 minutes to see a vehicle. He had called and made a loose appt with one of the salesmen. After getting there shortly after 6 we were told they were closing. Webpage said 7 and so did the salesman. We were hustled in and out and the salesman was a complete joke. Every bad line I ever heard , she's a real cream puff to I give ya my word if it started right now it would run real nice. No Joke , this place is a farce . Wholesale auction dealer .. Just like every other one. Everything we looked at had an engine light or a Christmas tree of lights going off . Cars were detailed well I will give them that , tells me it's a auction flip dealership. Strongly strongly recommend avoiding this place ..... Unless your looking for a high priced fixer upper. That case it's amazing ! Good riddance ...... More

Well what this means in the end is, we know there are problems with our vehicles. You test drive them pick out what you can and we will fix them. Problem is, and I am handy with a wrench, if you miss anything your screwed. Because they won't look for anything additional wrong, and you better check what they said they fixed. They serviced the e-brake but it wasn't really fixed after the second time it was passable but really should have been replaced. They did replace with some good tires which I asked for but that was about it. They do the min. fix possible. Oh yeah the tie rod was bad enough to fail inspection, how nice they let us test drive and drive it all the way home with a major safety hazard. We live too far away, I told them about it, had it fixed and sent them the bill hoping they would be stand up and reimburse us. Of course no response since we had already paid for it. Finally they screwed up endorsing the bank check and tried to initially make it sound like our fault at first. They then asked us to run around and get another check cut which we did. Have a mechanic go through the whole thing before and after their fixes, don't take their word for anything More

BUYER BEWARE We bought our car from Mackey in June 2015. The car had problems right away and we quickly learned that once the sale was done, so was the service. We tried to mediate through BBB and they wouldn't respond. The car never should have past inspection and needed thousands of dollars (10K) worth of work. Go to a reputable dealer to buy a car, not these people. Oh, they offered us $50 for every good review online. So if you see a good review, it was bought and paid for. BUYER BEWARE More
