It ended up taking all day to finalize everything, but the process was surprisingly smooth and stress-free with no high-pressure tactics. Aaron was outstanding—he truly went above and beyond to make things easy for us. When we got hungry during the long day, he encouraged us to go have a nice lunch and even let us use a dealer car to drive there. Later, we hit a snag because the notary wasn’t available on a Saturday, but Aaron didn’t hesitate. He made 37 phone calls to track down the only available notary around (at 4:30 in the evening!) and personally drove us there to get it done. That level of dedication and problem-solving is rare and made a huge difference. Felice and James have bent over backwards to assist us in purchasing two used vehicles in the past 6 months. We were urged to go here by a client and were very happy with the experience we had. Felice showed us several cars that my wife was not excited about, so he said he would call us in a couple of days if he found something she might like. He called her and said he was holding a new trade-in that had just come in. My wife was ecstatic about it and Felice worked wit James and made sure the financing met our needs. When I suddenly found myself in need of a vehicle this month, they both worked hard to make us as happy for a second purchase as we were with the first.

The availability of the dealer was excellent. If he wasn't available, someone else would handle my call or he would call me back. He was very attentive and listened to my needs in a vehicle. Pricing was reasonable and he worked hard to get me a good rate. The had very nice vehicles on their lot and a very clean, presentable showroom.

We met Joe H last yr when we were looking for a van but decided to wait. Even tho he wasnt making a sale, gave us great cust svc. In Jan we went in to buy and if it werent for Joe, dont think it wouldve been possible- Joe made it happen! He also spent an hr with us on another day helping figure out the technology/car play etc. After decades w/ Lia Honda, we were glad to be able to stay in Lia Group. Great job Joe!
