Having been a customer for nearly 30 years, Madelia Ford is the ONLY dealership I would trust with the care/maintenance of my vehicles, and the only place I would buy a vehicle! I'm not a mechanic, so they is the ONLY dealership I would trust with the care/maintenance of my vehicles, and the only place I would buy a vehicle! I'm not a mechanic, so they always explain what needs to be done to my vehicles in terms that I can understand, and I know them to be honest. It's very important for me to know that each time I take my vehicles in, even if it's for routine oil changes, they will give it a good, thorough "physical" exam. I've bragged about Madelia Ford to several of my friends, some of whom have purchased vehicles there, and they also are very impressed and happy with the sales/service experiences. They have a sterling reputation in our area, which is well deserved as they treat each customer as a friend. I would give Madelia Ford 100 stars if I could -- they are the BEST!!! More
