We had visited there once before but had decided to keep looking. Couple weeks later, we stopped by on the way to a concert and talked with her again. We test drove it and decided we wanted it. Gave her the information she needed to get things going. On the following Monday we went back, the paperwork was ready and the whole process was a breeze.. Everyone there was courteous and helpful.
