Bought a 2017 Subaru from them. A weather strip was missing and the salesperson, Samuel, told me he would send me the correct part as a part of the sale. A month later, he sent me some random side molding that has nothing to do with the car. You think a car salesman would know their cars and parts? Now I am left without the proper weather strip on the car. After I notified him about the mistake, he ghosted me. This guy is dishonest and irresponsible. What do you expect from a used car salesman.
