I recently purchased my first Tesla from this dealership, and while I was very excited about the vehicle itself, my experience with the sales process was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, I made it very clear to my salesperson, Dante, that I did not want to purchase any additional products or warranties. I reiterated this multiple times. My main concern throughout the transaction was ensuring that my monthly payment fit my budget, and once that number was presented, I felt comfortable moving forward. Unfortunately, after reviewing my bill of sale at home, I noticed an unexplained charge of $999. When I contacted the dealership for clarification, I was told this was for a warranty that they “add to all Teslas.” This was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase, nor was it mentioned during the signing process. To make matters worse, the warranty they forced onto my deal doesn’t even apply to my vehicle. My Tesla has a vinyl wrap, which is considered an aftermarket modification, so the warranty is essentially useless. If I wanted coverage, I’d have to purchase an entirely different warranty. When I tried to address the issue, I spoke with Justin (a salesperson) and Sebastian (a sales manager), both of whom were dismissive and condescending. They made it clear they would not remove the charge or attempt to resolve the situation, insisting that because I had signed the paperwork—even though I felt rushed and misled—the responsibility was mine. I will admit that I should have reviewed the paperwork more carefully, but the signing process was rushed and handled entirely on a large iPad. I was essentially told to “tap here” repeatedly, with little explanation, while the salesperson was clearly eager to finish and go home. On top of this, I was pressured into leaving a 5-star review before I could leave the dealership. My salesperson actually stood outside my car until I showed him proof that the review had been posted. This behavior is completely unprofessional and manipulative. The dealership itself does not provide a professional environment. Customers and salespeople are crammed into one crowded room, and there is no opportunity to sit down with a finance manager to fully review the terms of the deal. Overall, the process felt rushed, unprofessional, and intentionally misleading. In my opinion, this dealership operates in a shady manner and takes advantage of customers who trust them to act transparently. They are unwilling to correct issues even when a customer feels misled, hiding behind the excuse of “you signed it.” Worse, they knowingly sold me a warranty that doesn’t even cover my vehicle. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership, as they do not demonstrate the integrity or customer care one should expect when making such a significant purchase. More
Found the car I was looking for, with in seconds of my Inquiry. Dante had already sent me a message and was on the phone inviting me to come in. Fake reviews, the reviews are only based off people interactions with the salesman on the day they purchase the car. I purchased a car and it broke down a little over a month of me having it. The same day my car broke down. The company that I finance my car through told me to reach out to the dealership to see if they could do a diagnostic on the car to see what was going on with it or would they exchange it for another car? I called the dealership and spoke with someone who told me that they don't service the public. So after that conversation I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It seems this was the only way to get a response from the company because any other time that you call you always got to run around. On April 16 after calling the office several times I finally got in touch with Oz who thinks that just because they ran an emission on the car that this was all the inspections it needed. I knew he was pissed about the matter because I reported them to the Better Business Bureau so now you wanna run a diagnostic test on the car that you should've been doing in the beginning when you had the car at your dealership. He asked me for the report from the Honda dealership where my car is being serviced and claim that he would give me a call back and I'm 3 days in still haven't received a call from him. To even try to get the car up and running my repair bill is almost at $6000 for A car that is not even worth that much.. And if the company truly had did an inspection on the car, they would've noticed that there was bolts missing, there was an oil leak and other issues under the car. This company only wants your money. They only want their commission. They don't care about the outcome of the car once it leaves their lot. It doesn't matter if you have a warranty or not they should value their work. They should value their company, but they don't. you shouldn't have to pay to run an inspection before you get a car from a dealership I don't care if it is used or not. I never had a problem before, and I bought cars from a used dealership. And to top it off the Car Fax report was given false information because if I known the car had been in an accident I would've never bought the car anyways. April 22nd I finally heard from the company again after leaving several reviews. I will ask to take my reviews down and at first I agreed but something just didn’t sit right with me. I still wasn’t satisfied after our talk. This dealership taught me a lesson. More
