James Freet was great and very easy to work with. Excellent online sales, not pushy, and very thorough. This is the 1st time I have completely purchased a vehicle online. Not having to sit at a dealership for long hours made this an even better experience. The only part I didn't like is when the finance dept tried to use an extended warranty to offer a lower interest rate, something I should have gotten in the 1st place! When the finance dept said the dealership is not making money, I almost changed my mind about the purchase. Not a good tactic to use!
