When the work was finally completed it was done well but the experience was highly negative. I was informed my car would be ready on a particular date 5 separate times and the estimated completion time was the experience was highly negative. Additionally, I was not kept informed or provided with updates unless I called. In total it took 5 weeks to complete the work which was over twice the time that I expected. More

My car was towed in by Volvo & serviced at Maguire, & returned to me in record time!! Someone else canceled, so they put me in that time slot. Thankful it was a quick fix & parts were on hand!
