Great Customer service, Excellent time management Buying a car can be so frustrating and tedious. While it should be a fun and exciting experience, that has not always been the case for me. Last May I bought a car at a nearby dealership, and it was a nightmare. However, I loved the car, and the bad experienced faded in my mind as I enjoyed my new vehicle. Last month, I was in a bad accident and totaled my car! Not only was it devastating to loose my car, but the thought of going through the car buying process AGAIN was overwhelming and dauting. In comes Maguire. I wanted to find a good deal on a Prius, because my biggest complaint with my past car was that it didn't get great gas mileage. I began shopping online, comparing prices of different cars in the nearby area. I hadn't heard great things about Maguire in the past, so I was a little bit skeptical of going with them, but they seemed to have the best deal I could find on what I was looking for. I. Was. Blown. Away! We worked with Lex Chavez, who was the nicest salesperson I've ever worked with. He listened to my concerns, didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want, and was such a nice guy. While my two year old was running around being silly, Lex played with him and helped keep him entertained as I worked with my insurance company and made a few phone calls I needed to. I purchased the vehicle and am SO happy with my new new car! More

Shelby was very helpful! I went in to the service reception are and to see if I could get an appointment for an oil change. At first a service tech said he could give me an ap I went in to the service reception are and to see if I could get an appointment for an oil change. At first a service tech said he could give me an appointment for the next day but Shelby who had just walked into the room said there was a spot available right away. That was perfect, I needed to get the oil change done and Maguire service people did it! Thanks again Shelby and service techs! More
