Letter of appreciation for Great service We recently purchased a pre owned 2016 Ford F250 our sales person was Jim VanOrman who answered all our questions. Our Truck came with s plow and sand We recently purchased a pre owned 2016 Ford F250 our sales person was Jim VanOrman who answered all our questions. Our Truck came with s plow and sander on the back, but we did not want the sander so Jim spoke to the manager and they would remove the sander and give us a discount toward our final price. In addition, they also agreed to remove the rust in the bed and add a Spray-on bed liner at a later date. We took the truck home and put the snow plow away. After haveing it home, we found out one hub lock was frozen in place and the back up warning system was not working so we called Jim and he arranged for them to come and get the truck, to do the bed liner and fix the additional items we reported. Jim called us to let us know when they would pick the truck up, as well as when they were done and would return it, which may not seem alot to some but we lived 2 hours away! We could not ask for better service More
