Unsatisfied with service Car was serviced for deferential problem under warranty. Took back because when picked up radio was locked and still hearing a problem in the front r Car was serviced for deferential problem under warranty. Took back because when picked up radio was locked and still hearing a problem in the front right area. I was told that would need new radio for $850. and couldn't hear a problem and maybe it wasn't happening today after I told him I heard on the drive to the dealership. Took car to another dealer and they reprogramed the radio and replaced some tension parts. Felt I was being scammed to increase cost. Brian said he would contact GM to see if they would offer any relief for the cost. Never heard back. Had previously gotten a quote for 4 new tires and got better ones from another source for 100.00 less fully installed. After these two instances I have little faith in the trustworthiness of the dealership.. More
