Made an appointment for 8am Monday. And was supposed to get my truck back the same day . Didn’t end up getting it back till 3 days later . It very simple I went in stated I had a problem the gentleman said no problem handed me keys to a rental and said I'll call you when it's fixed. No bs no issues at all a few days later he called said i gentleman said no problem handed me keys to a rental and said I'll call you when it's fixed. No bs no issues at all a few days later he called said it was all done I walked in signed my name and walked out with a fixed vehicle and on top of that he recognized me right away mind you he called me maybe 4 hours earlier so he wasn't expecting me right away and it's been a whole weekend plus a few days and he had everything I needed right then and there. More
