Brought my vehicle in after a failed service attempt at the dealer from which I bought the vehicle. Still calming down before THAT review. They were unable to initially find the cause of my intermittent issue. Instead of giving up and calling it good, they asked to keep the vehicle overnight and keep troubleshooting. Yes, please! Got the call around lunch the next day that they replicated the symptom and determined the cause, but would have to wait another day for the replacement part. I was prepared to leave it there for 2 weeks, if needed. All to avoid having to drive to NC for 4 days in late August with a bad AC blower motor. Hooray! They also found a minor issue with the turn signal level and were able to replace that as well. Both repairs under warranty. Nice! Now the good part- (Maybe this is normal at other places, but not the places I've been going.) They washed my car. They removed the years of dead bugs off my front bumper. They cleaned the front interior. My floor mats were sparkling as if they were new. They cleaned the years worth of road salt build up on the carpet on the driver's side. They cleaned my seats, dashboard and glass. They put air in my tires. They made the vehicle better and more enjoyable to drive. I didn't ask them to do any of that. Have I just been missing out on "normal"service all this time, or is this above and beyond? More

Overall the experience was good. There were a few issues with miscommunication during the finance process, that I only had ironed out after attempting to find my own financing first. I also had to ask multiple times for a price estimate breakdown before receiving one. Ultimately, I’m happy with the purchase and the price. The only other thing I’d like to mention is that there was also miscommunication about the process to get the title once I move out of state. And I also found out when I got the car home that the back rear speaker was blown out upon purchasing the car, so it is a little disappointing that I have to have something fixed immediately upon purchase. More
After being drawn into the dealership by the website AND the stickers on the cars indicating a discounted price, I was pretty upset when it was explained that I didn't qualify for these discounts. I left without the new Jeep, but did some more searching online when I got home. There was a slightly used Jeep on the lot as well, so I returned despite my previous disappointment. I ended up with a car a like very much. However, after signing paperwork and getting ready to leave with the car, I found out it came with only one key, and the dealership would not have a second one made, unless I paid $150 to $200. I think they should have just included that. I'm still happy with my Jeep, and overall, Maguire. There's always room for improvement. More

He was Condescending and overall gave off the feeling of being untrustworthy- anything for a sale type vibe. The customer service piece and relationship with the dealership is what keeps people coming back, not the car. In my situation it was only the car. Hoping management can change in the future so people want to come back for more reasons then the car they want just happening to be at that dealership! More
