Jason the service mgr worked my 2014 Jeep Cherokee in for service within 48 hours. The problem which I’ve had since owning my vehicle was finally diagnosed. It was a Ucode -U1465-00 and a TSB 08-054-18 S for service within 48 hours. The problem which I’ve had since owning my vehicle was finally diagnosed. It was a Ucode -U1465-00 and a TSB 08-054-18 Service shifter!! Fortunately my vehicle now rides like a charm! Yet shame on Jeep for not recalling this defect!!! More

Went the April 2020 to have the hood repaired , I was told by the body shop manager that I was on the list , I was number 7, called and called numerous times and no return call, I went down there and the told by the body shop manager that I was on the list , I was number 7, called and called numerous times and no return call, I went down there and the body shop manager blew me off and said he didn’t know what was going on that he would have his girl call me , a week later I had to call again , and she told me that I was number 9 on the list and she would get back to me when they were ready for me , I asked how could I be number 9 when I was number 7 , 8 months ago, she got nasty with me and said , “ look were a busy shop , and we can’t have warranty work tying up our ship, so I said , so you don’t want to do warranty work ?? She said only when we slow down , there’s no money in warranty work , and then hung up on me , I called Chrysler warranty in Michigan, spoke to a girl there explained everything that was going on, she called Maguire Jeep and Hiawatha Boulevard couldn’t get to nobody, she finally got a hold of someone and she called me back and said she was nasty to me , said if she didn’t like it it was too bad , I asked her do you know who you’re talking to? And the girl told her in Michigan she did not care, so she filed a complaint against that dealership, so as far as the body shop service goes at that dealership I will never go down there for anything I have never seen such poor service in my life at any dealership that I have visited all over the country ! Not even worth 1 star, i never got a call, or an email or even a letter saying that they were sorry that they were tied up or they’re sorry that they got rude and I’m noxious people working for them nothing, I feel bad my relatives that wanted to buy new vehicles from them , now They and myself have to go elsewhere but they thanked me for letting them know what kind of service they provide! Sorry for the rant but they have the worst service ever the most rudest people I’ve ever encountered More

I stopped in just after being pulled over by a police officer because of an expired vehicle inspection. In taking care of my mom I lost all track of this being due. I walked in on Saturday Jan 9 and in m officer because of an expired vehicle inspection. In taking care of my mom I lost all track of this being due. I walked in on Saturday Jan 9 and in minutes was approached by Art asking me if I had he helped yet. I told him what had happened to me while on the highway. He told me not to worry, pull my car around and all would be taken care of. Brandon in service made sure of that. I was taken care of with my inspection within an hour. These guys are true gentlemen, that treat their customers like family. Brandon made me feel very comfortable, completed my job with no appointment in a very timely manner.
