The visit to Maguire Jeep of Syracuse was fantastic. I worked with a excellent sales rep(Artie C) and we were able to rerurn my wifes Jeep in(pulled forward) and lease a New Jeep Cherokee. The extended warranty did not cover parts, like the pins that hold the struts to the car. I got my car back was told it needed a tune up, that’s why it was driving so terrible. In fact it was the transmis that hold the struts to the car. I got my car back was told it needed a tune up, that’s why it was driving so terrible. In fact it was the transmission going on the car. I had to deal with this issue on my car for over three months until I got in writing from another shop that the transmission needed to be repaired by a full service place, finally they did the warranty work, but the car is still not driving correctly, I have to trade it in I do not feel like it was fixed correctly and do not want a huge bill since the warranty is going to expire in just days. Truly not a happy experience. More
