Maguire service department was a disappointment this last visit. They did the oil change I came in for, noticed my NYS inspection had lapsed. We all are challenged in the Covid world. They informed me my rea visit. They did the oil change I came in for, noticed my NYS inspection had lapsed. We all are challenged in the Covid world. They informed me my rear brakes were "metal on metal" and would not pass. I elected to take care of them myself not wanting to pay over $400 for the job. I bought parts on my way home (about $100 for my car), completed the job myself in 1 1/2 hours but soon discovered the pads & rotors were only worn about half their life - not metal on metal. I feel they were trying to sell me something I didn't need because of an expired inspection. Not happy with this service. Maguire service is definitely not on par with the Lowery Dealers I trusted. More

I used my Mopar/Jeep app to search for a Mopar dealer I used my Mopar/Jeep app to search for a Mopar dealer for an oil change, and found that Maguire CDJR was offering a special for $45.99 for a Full Sy I used my Mopar/Jeep app to search for a Mopar dealer for an oil change, and found that Maguire CDJR was offering a special for $45.99 for a Full Synthetic oil change (on the Mopar/Jeep app) so i made an appointment. After my service was finished i was told the oil change was $69.95. I mentioned the offer that was on the Jeep/Mopar app, and showed the service adviser the special on my phone and he would NOT honor it, and stated "That's a Mopar special, not ours". I mentioned that that special was listed under specials for Maguire CDJR, and he stated it was part of a special package, the promotion was VERY clear and stated: 1 package of Full Synthetic oil change was $45.99 and the package of 3 was $99.95. He stated that he can not honor it, and stated "we've been having a lot of problems with Mopar". Very rude and condescending. If you are a LOYAL MOPAR customer visit another dealership such as Drivers Village or Romano CDJR for ALL your service needs. If there willing to lie/cheat about special that’s CLEARLY theirs, I WILL NOT trust them to put air in my tires. More
