I leased my 2020 Jeep Cherokee back in January and the entire leasing process was a pleasant experience. The salesman, Mark, was extremely helpful and the sales manager came right out to talk with me dire entire leasing process was a pleasant experience. The salesman, Mark, was extremely helpful and the sales manager came right out to talk with me directly about where I needed to be for a monthly payment. Cut to August when I started hearing thunking noises coming from the drivers side tire area. I made an appointment when the dealerships service department. The appointment process was easy and they got me right in. I received a phone call a few hours after I dropped my vehicle off and they told me there were some issues with a defective part but it was all covered and taken care of. The communication at Maguire is outstanding. Their service is quick and painless! I've never had a more pleasant experience at any other dealership. I will definitely be going back when my lease is up and for all my service needs. More
