I recently had service done on my Jeep Cherokee. They offered me a shuttle to work, much appreciated but I didn’t need it. They quickly diagnosed the problem and called to inform me. Bruno and Joe are amazing I bought cars from Elm chevrolet, Ferrario, Nissan and this is by far the easiest and best dealership I have ever worked with. We drove a little bit of a distance from elmi chevrolet, Ferrario, Nissan and this is by far the easiest and best dealership I have ever worked with. We drove a little bit of a distance from elmira to get this jeep for our daughter and we had to wait for a title bit we didn't mind because the two men kept us in the know and Joe worked his magic and was able (still not sure how ) an amazing deal for monthly payments with all the extras we wanted The whole process took a few weeks but these guys worked so hard and no matter what time of day I text or even their days off they answered me I know when we are really for another vehicle we will make that drive and purchase from them the customer service is well worth the drive ....again thanks so much guys... I felt mislead by the diagnosis fee as was implied to me that it would be waived if I completed the repair. Also after getting a estimate for a $1400 repair I was asked if I wanted to spend $500 more for a that it would be waived if I completed the repair. I was also threaten that if I did not take additional recommended services it would impact warranty. More
