When we picked up the truck it was spotless inside and out as was the dealership. Our appointment was on time and everything moved along very well and ahead of schedule without any waiting. The entire process was extremely pleasant and Mark went above and beyond to help us. We didn't meet the people behind the scenes but they also did an excellent job cleaning the truck.
