Manny- Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. I am very sorry that you did not receive the information that you requested. I would ask that you please allow us another opportunity before "losing faith" in us. We honestly try our best everyday but just like everyone we do drop the ball from time to time unintentionally . I feel really bad about this. We have been working with a reduced staff and it has been extremely busy in sales. This is certainly no excuse for poor communication on our part but again I think it may be a bit unfair to write us off all together for this reason. Please allow us to make it up to you however we can. I thank you for giving us the opportunity and for listening to my response. I will use this as a training opportunity for my team.
