Manny- Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. I am very sorry that you did not receive the information that you requested. I would ask that you please allow us another opportunity before "losing faith" in us. We honestly try our best everyday but just like everyone we do drop the ball from time to time unintentionally . I feel really bad about this. We have been working with a reduced staff and it has been extremely busy in sales. This is certainly no excuse for poor communication on our part but again I think it may be a bit unfair to write us off all together for this reason. Well i have the car at another repair shop today for another inspection of the rear brakes. I would like y'all to fix the problems. There is no reason why a car with 24k miles on it should need new rotors and breakpads without something else malfunctioning. The car if driven will start to lock up so when you are leaving a stop light or sign you have to accelerate to start rolling and you can feel it and it smells like its burning. We had a problem with the lock on the rear passenger door that took almost 2 years to fix. Its like we have to fight with everyone to fix anything when it comes to this vehicle. I have bought 2 cars from your dealership in the past two years this dodge journey and a jeep cherokee limited. thank you for the response. I will have my service director reach out to you on the number provided to see what we can do. We certainly want to fix your car. The question with brakes most times is if it is under warranty or does the customer pay? The manufacturer warranty is not the best as brakes are a wear item. Again we certainly want to do the work and get paid to do it so we need to figure out what it needs and if the manufacturer is willing to pay for it under warranty.
