I have a 2020 Jeep Gladiator Overland. Since July of 2021, I have had leak issues. I cannot say enough about the quality of customer service at the Maguire Jeep dealership on Hiawatha Blvd Since July of 2021, I have had leak issues. I cannot say enough about the quality of customer service at the Maguire Jeep dealership on Hiawatha Blvd in Syracuse and, specifically, Dan Marks, the Service Manager. 10 stars is what I give Dan and his team. The problem was very hard to diagnose and required many steps to systematically get to the root cause. Dan most importantly treated me kindly and never gave up. He did not get frustrated with me, nor did he try to convince me to live with leaks. He agreed I paid for a vehicle that I should be able to drive in the rain. Candidly his support was very comforting since the National Jeep Customer Care person (Mercedes- no joke that is her name) tried repeatedly to close my ticket for repair, only offering a few tire rotations/oil changes as consolation for my trouble and suggesting I just accept it leaks. Dan always fought to keep the ticket open despite my miles going over 36k since the issue was raised well before I hit 36k. Dan always offered a loaner and always kept me looped in on progress. He did whatever he could to help me each and every time the National Jeep Customer Care person treated me poorly. While National Customer Care over and over again demonstrated not to care at all that I own three jeep vehicles, Dan showed me at every turn his dealership respected my loyalty to the brand and me as a person who spent good money on this truck. Dan would step in and make it right each time Mercedes tried to steamroll me. He forced them to honor the commitment to fixing my vehicle. He has been a tireless advocate for me and I am very grateful for his efforts. I absolutely highly recommend MaGuire on Hiawatha Blvd for service because of Dan Marks. More

The last time I was in the shop they cracked my oil filter housing and didn’t flag that my brake rotors were complete shot. They also tightened my lug wheel nuts to 150 ft/lb . Then when confronted they deflected any accountability. The only reason I returned is because I prepaid this oil change. was livid and simply wanted and oil change. But when refused their recommended add ons, David Cornell, my main contact for this visit ignored me upon return, refusing to look at me when I stood in front of him to collect my car. I have been coming to this dodge for 10 years but never again. More
