I have been using this dealership for about 19 years (first under Summit and now Maguire). Over the years, I have dealt with Lou and another salesman who is no longer there. I have a strong gas smell coming from my jeep and I don’t feel they did everything possible. I realize it’s a tough find but it’s definitely an issue. We are not pleased with our last visit. They/ you kept our car for three days…. Promised the car back at noon for three days. We dropped the car off at 8:15 in the morning. Not happy with the work that was done on our heater…. It still doesn’t work correctly. I have to believe the worker did not check the work done. So… for $422.50(plus tax) my heating unit is the same as I brought it in. The total bill for everything done was $1,423.38 (we are NOT pleased). There was a sticker on our bill that stated….anything less than a 10 rating was unacceptable. For the money we spent we are not happy and will more than likely find another mechanic or Jeep dealership to fix our patriot. I called the dealership twice and I did not receive a response. My family was in crisis and we needed a vehicle and it was difficult finding alternative transportation. Thanks a lot. More
