We are extremely disappointed with how our issue was dismissed. We have spent over $150k on new cars in the past two years and have had nothing but issues with service. From an oil change that went bad (oil filter not tightened and oil leaked everywhere and sprayed all over the inside of our challenger GT) to a run around re faulty tires on a brand new challenger scat pack. It’s terribly unfortunate that another dealer that we have never bought a car from was able to get the tires replaced but this dealer wasn’t. You have lost a lifetime customer as a result. More

Went in to service. 2021 grand Cherokee transmission not working. 22000 miles. Service told me to leave it. No loaner would get to it in two or three weeks. Called Romano next day (where I bought car). I will never set foot in your dealership again. Had to Uber home. You treat people like trash. Lowery would never have done this. More
