I have been an auto purchase/service customer at this location since 1996 (Val's/Summit/Maguire). The "service" in that department has been deteriorating for some time now. On this particular visit, the location since 1996 (Val's/Summit/Maguire). The "service" in that department has been deteriorating for some time now. On this particular visit, the service writer was particularly rude and belligerent. The only reason that anything got accomplished was because Jeff Bogdanov stepped in and took over my work order. Even though I had an 8:00 AM appointment and had gotten them to agree that I could wait for service that was supposed to take one hour, my vehicle was not actually brought in until 9:00 AM. I also think that a labor rate of $169.00 per hour is exorbitant. More
