Went in to service. 2021 grand Cherokee transmission not working. 22000 miles. Service told me to leave it. No loaner would get to it in two or three weeks. Tim was neglectful in writing out quote for remaining work to be done. He said 'he was too busy to do it'. I had also asked for a trade in quote and he didn't do it.
