Went back to the dealership after 4 months of waiting to get a refund. Two new Jeeps came in that morning. I was able to lease one of those . I wish we were told that new inventory was in so we could make the decision on whether or not to stick with our order or look at the inventory. That would be my only complaint. Inept. The staff were helpful until I arrived. I handled 95% of the purchase and trade-in PRIOR to driving 2.5 hours to the dealership. This included pictur The staff were helpful until I arrived. This included pictures and financial information about my trade, my credit arrangements, insurance, etc… I had specific requirements I wanted for the new purchase. i negotiated the full price of the purchase, trade in amount, extended warranty cost and FINAL PURCHASE AMOUNT, but when I arrived they changed the pricing. The paperwork was incorrect and when I pointed out errors the staff got irritated very quickly. I never even got to test drive the car!!! When driving off the lot I discovered an open space under the steering column (driveshaft) was exposed causing a potential life or death issue. I addressed with staff and various people in service area and was treated like I had lost my mind. One service member (Conley?) came up behind my vehicle in the service bay and said “can you move I have work to do!?” I reminded him I’d be getting a survey about my experience and he shrugged and said “so!” I wasn’t given a walk through of the car amenities and still don’t know how some things function. I was told “I don’t mean to rush you, but I have another customer Coming in” when I asked to be shown how the entertainment system worked. I spent 4+ hours inside the dealership and never got to test drive my car before driving it off the lot! I have still NOT received the second set of headphones for the entertainment system. More
