This service center is by far the worst garage I’ve ever dealt with! I made an appointment, I drop my truck off the night before, at 4pm the next day I called to find out when my truck would be done becau dealt with! While on hold I got hung up on. Then the next guy calls me back at 415 and says he doesn’t have a qualified tech there to do my diagnostic. That’s right just a diagnostic. So these people were never going to call and tell me this and they were just going to keep my truck there until it could get done. This is the 2nd time this has happened and I will not give this dealership any more business whatsoever! More
