I just wanted to leave a positive comment on how great your service team is. Jason is wonderful. He has assisted me a few times and always pleasant and professional. I live 2 hours away out of state, Maguire was great working with me to do all we could over the phone before my husband and I traveled to the dealership!! Looked at other area Dodge dealership and they "low balled" me on my trade by $8,000 compared to KBB, Autotrader and Carvana. Went to Maguire and walked across the show room twice. Two sales people tex balled" me on my trade by $8,000 compared to KBB, Autotrader and Carvana. Went to Maguire and walked across the show room twice. Two sales people texting on their cell phones and 3 others in their offices. After the second pass, the sales manager got off his cell and acknowledged me. Took me to a sales person, Ed I think and we sat at his desk. He didn't seem to eager to talk to me about selling me a truck. Gave him the list of what I wanted and 10 minutes later came back and said they had nothing and nothing on order (Warlock) in any color. He seemed very short and attitude I got is that I was bothering him. Went to Toyota and dropped a down payment and bought a truck the next day.
