I wanted to go back to an SUV after having my Ford Fusion Titanium for 6 years. As much as I loved this car, going back into a larger vehicle was what I wanted. We test drove a Jeep at a different dealersh Titanium for 6 years. As much as I loved this car, going back into a larger vehicle was what I wanted. We test drove a Jeep at a different dealership and just hated the color. When we decided we'd look into getting a new one, we noticed the Jeep Cherokee Limited was the top of the line in that series and had everything on my wish list. Maguire had a 2021 on their lot, so we decided to go look at it and take it for a test drive before ordering one. We arrived and were greeted warmly by those in the room. We were introduced to Josh and told him why we were there. He was kind, and polite. It's the main thing I look for when dealing with a salesman. He got us started and took us out, showing us the vehicle, answering any question we had and sent us on our way. Well, we ended up hating this vehicle. This is why it is so important to drive something first. When we got back Josh said he had another Jeep that had everything on my wish list and was in transit to their facility if I wanted to put my name on it, but suggested I test drive a 2019 they had on the lot. It was the Jeep Trailhawk. Now, I never considered this model because my days of off roading are over. But, I said we'd try it since we were there. He got us set up and off we went again. I absolutely LOVED this vehicle! It rode as smooth as my Fusion which amazed both my husband and I. We got back and said we wanted to buy the one that was on it's way. However, as we were going through everything, I noticed it had cloth seats. This was a big no for us. So, I said perhaps since we drove the used one already and loved the way it handled, maybe we should look at that again. We took it back out and decided immediately to purchase it. Josh was patient and attentive, listening to everything we wanted to do, how we wanted to finance, and scheduling the under coating I wanted to have done on the vehicle. We then had Joe join us to go through the financing and shook hands with a deal. We were told the vehicle would be ready the following day, given a list of what they needed us to bring and would call us as soon as it was ready to go. By 12:30pm the next day, it was ready and we went to pick it up. Signing the paperwork was effortless and easy. Josh answered all questions along the way. He went out and transferred our plates, went to get Joe to wish us good-bye and felt like we had made new friends. I was told there was only one key fob which bummed me out, and was surprised that they had ordered me a second one which will be in next week. They also took care of some condensation in the back light that bothered me. To find a dealership who puts their money where their mouth is, is something to be treasured in this day and age. I was grateful they did all of that without us asking. Made our experience complete and we walked out of there knowing they would get our repeated business from here on out. Finding honest people to do business with is priceless. Thank you Josh and Joe for a wonderful experience. We are grateful and look forward to many years in our new "used" Jeep...hey...it's new to us! More
