My experience with the Maguire dealership in Syracuse was great. I haven't bought a vehicle since 2007 and I was a little apprehensive of buying a new vehicle to begin with. My husband was working in NJ, so one of my son's stepped up and helped. Jeff Bates was down to earth and very personable. I can't remember who did the final detailing, but they did an amazing job buffing and cleaning the whole vehicle before I took it home. I will recommend this dealership to family and friends. It's a crazy time to custom order a vehicle but from the start Ed helped me figure it all out. He was even right on the money with estimated delivery date. The truck came in on a Friday, Ed shot me a call, then he and his team really hustled to get me on the road the same day. He explained everything, every step of the way. Kept in contact with updates regularly. Showed me the bells and whistles in the new truck, and off I went. The whole process was really smooth. From the moment I walked in to browse, to the moment I pulled away in the new truck, Ed was there helping me out! More
