I have a 2015 Chrysler Pacifica Van. My check engine light was on, my park sense light and traction control light. My remote start wouldn't work. The start/stop function never worked rig My check engine light was on, my park sense light and traction control light. My remote start wouldn't work. The start/stop function never worked right. There was a recall for the stop/start function so I took it to Maguire. When I went to pick it up it was a cold, icy day. The van was outside so I used my remote start. It did not work. The gentleman with me said it was due to being out in the cold. (?) He then brushed the snow off half of the van and left me with a sheet of ice on the windshield. I let the van run so I could defrost the windows. (My brush was in my alternate car I had used while the van was in the shop). I drove up to the shop and asked to borrow an ice scrapper. A different gentleman came out and properly cleaned my van off. The start/stop function still only works occasionally. My remote start does not work. The other lights are off. So they got some of it fixed. The customer service, leaving me with an iced windshield knowing I had no scrapper, is lacking. I do not know the name of the first gentleman that walked me out. Dan Marks cleaned the ice off my van. More
