Brought my vehicle I bought from here for an oil change and tire rotation. When we bought the vehicle it didn’t come with the keys for the lug nuts. We were told to bring it in here for our service so they and tire rotation. When we bought the vehicle it didn’t come with the keys for the lug nuts. We were told to bring it in here for our service so they can order us the keys needed. Dropped our car off Monday morning at 8 am for a 9 am appointment. I called them at 2:30 to check on them and they didn’t even start the car. Didn’t get my car until Tuesday. They not only didn’t do my oil change they cut our lug nuts off to rotate the tires. We never asked for that nor gave permission for that. We came for an oil change and tire rotation and keys to be ordered and left with no oil change, cut off lug nuts and no keys! More

I was given the run around when I was looking to buy this car. I called the CDJR dealership, and they told me the car I wanted was at the Chevy dealership. I traveled to the Chevy dealership, just to be told car. I called the CDJR dealership, and they told me the car I wanted was at the Chevy dealership. I traveled to the Chevy dealership, just to be told,it was actually really at CDJR. I went to the CDJR dealership, and was told it was actually next door at the Used car lot. Do not make these mistakes in the future. I was quite put off and threatened to go back home if the car was not at the used dealership. The actual dealership was clean, and seemed to be well maintained. Staff was helpful. Please do not make people go though this process again. More
