My jeep was seen 12/9/21 for an engine problem I came to pick my car up the next day and they could not find my key. They did not offer me a replacement car instead asked can I call an Uber until they are a pick my car up the next day and they could not find my key. They did not offer me a replacement car instead asked can I call an Uber until they are able to find my key I told them it was no way I had two small children waiting for me at daycare and I could not afford an Uber and I asked them for a spare car. After calling about 3 times the next day because no one contacted me they told me they would have to make me a new key which took a day. They did not offer me anything for my inconvenience and I was highly upset. More
