Every time I bring one of my vehicles into this dealership for repairs, the repairs are never done correctly, I always have to bring it back to fix it again. Tim is a first class condescending jerk who should in no way, shape or form be speaking to customers. While he used professional words, he uses his arrogance and tone to send a message. He doesn't work with way, shape or form be speaking to customers. While he used professional words, he uses his arrogance and tone to send a message. He doesn't work with the customer to find a solution. He just tells you that you are wrong and uses auto shop jargon to try and minimize your experience. There is no empathy, no bridge to resolutions - just snide remarks and demands. More
