Absolutely do not buy a car from Maguire. I put a deposit down on a car on a Saturday afternoon and was talked into adding on the auto saver (anti rust). I was told they wouldn't be sending my application to down on a car on a Saturday afternoon and was talked into adding on the auto saver (anti rust). I was told they wouldn't be sending my application to the bank until Monday morning as the banks were closing. First thing Monday morning I emailed my sales rep and informed her that I didn't want the auto saver because my research showed that it was just a gimmic that didn't work. I was told that they sent my application to the bank Saturday and the part had already been installed, yet she wasn't able to actually give me my approved loan rate. It took the entire day for me to get the rate information because her supervisor was in a meeting (which somehow lasted all day) - which makes me think that they didn't actually send it to the bank until Monday and they lied about the part being installed on Saturday. After owning the car for just a month and driving it only 1100 miles, the low oil light came on. I had to add an entire quart of oil. The brakes were also making noise. I emailed my sales rep and her supervisor and never heard back. I then emailed the general manager, Nayel, twice. He connected me with the service department and they looked the vehicle over. They found "no problems" with the engine or the brakes. I questioned them on this, but they said they did a full examination and the brakes were fine and had no idea why I would have had low oil. The brakes kept making noise, but since the service department was so dismissive, I brought my car to a garage to be looked at. It turns out the front rotors are rotted and need to be replaced. Extremely annoyed that I now have to pay for new brakes on a 3 year old car that cost $21,000. I also potentially have an engine problem - that or the service department failed to put enough oil in after they changed the oil before they sold the car. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Do NOT buy from Maguire More
