Disappointing service center. Purchased my car from them with a $3000 extended warranty. The first time I brought it in for a simple clunk they said I needed updated sway bar links which would cost addition with a $3000 extended warranty. My recent second time dropping my car off for a front strut noise covered under my warranty, they said their technician was unable to recreate the noise and that I still owed them a $150 fee for diagnosing nothing. I will not be purchasing an extended warranty in the future if I buy another car from them. I will definitely opt out and take my car to my trusted ma & pa shops. They’re called “stealerships for a reason!” More
