Without an appointment I dropped off my Jeep because it was experiencing some severe wheel and axle problems. While they were prompt enough to get me in to make repairs under warranty, I had never left without a problem. Once they dented my panel and I had to get it replaced, this most recent time they didn’t repairs under warranty, I had never left without a problem.
