I had my car towed here for service on 7/24 and was told they were backed up and could get us in on 8/10, but would try to get it in sooner if possible. We called and emailed several times for an update and they were backed up and could get us in on 8/10, but would try to get it in sooner if possible. We called and emailed several times for an update and have either been ignored completely or told we would get a call back with no other contact made. On 8/5, we were told our vehicle was on the lift for diagnostic and since then have had no contact with anyone at Maguire on the status despite several phone calls and "your service advisor will call you back" excuses. If I was able to drive my vehicle elsewhere for service I would in a heartbeat. More
