I took my Jeep in for it’s first oil change and to have the brakes looked at because they were noisy & pulsating. It doesn’t seem like the brakes should have these issues with less than 12,000 miles, but t the brakes looked at because they were noisy & pulsating. It doesn’t seem like the brakes should have these issues with less than 12,000 miles, but that part isn’t the dealers fault. I waited over 2 hours and no one ever came to give me an update on the progress. Finally I went and asked what was going on. Oh they were almost done. What about the brakes…they replaced the rear rotors under warranty, but why did they need replacing so soon. I was told it was probably a manufacturers defect…on both of them??? Seems Jeep should source some better rotors. The part that is really irritating is my front brakes are still noisy and pulsating…,didn’t they check the front??? Now I have to take it back and waste more of my time. I bought a new car so I didn’t have to take in for repairs. More
