Mayoress! Was appraised of my problem with my truck took it in for diagnostic testing and while it was tied up they provided me with a loner. I scheduled warranty service one week before appointment. Service underwriter saw issues, wrote them up and had one week to order parts. When we brought Jeep in they said they did not have parts. Complet Service underwriter saw issues, wrote them up and had one week to order parts. When we brought Jeep in they said they did not have parts. Complete waste of our time. We live on the road and will now have to go thru re-eval at another dealership. Not how to get recognized as client friendly. More

They were great to deal with! Fast and honest. I love my jeep! My own criticism is that it could have been cleaned a little better before pick up.
